Our vast experience in air-conditioning installation, coupled with the dedication of its owners & long term staff, ensures customers needs are fulfilled as swiftly and effectively as possible.
Coolheat Services Ltd has worked with/for an impressive list of companies and organisations including Blue Chip companies, Local Authorities, Schools and Power plants. We do also deal with domestic clients.
All our engineers are fully qualified (C&G), hold current safe handing certificates and Skillcards.
As a company we are also registered with the Construction Industry Scheme.
We are members of the following associations:

- Trustmark (a HVCA scheme designed to give added protection to Domestic customers)
- REFCOM Elite
- Safecontractor
- Building Engineering Services Competent Assessment – BESCA

We also have our own in-house engineers who are able to issue Part L certificates for installations.
Our current Combined Liability Insurance certificate is on display at our premises at all times and is to the value of £10,000,000.
Last but most definitely not least, we are registered with the Environment Agency as carriers of controlled waste as required under the Hazardous Waste regulations.
